We will go through each of the poses in the sequence of Surya Namaskara A and B to discover the asanas and pranayamas of the Sun Salutations. The workshop will also include keys to jumping forward and jumping back.

Spend the afteroon of July 2nd with us for a Day of Yoga in Cunit (Tarragona) Pavilion Joncs Els starting at 4pm.

Spend an interesting afternoon in discovering yoga. We will practice various styles of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, singing the Mantras and have a discussion on the Niyamas and the Yamas. For entertainment, we are presenting a quartz bowl concert and will conclude the event with tea and pastries. We look forward to have you.
